Welcome to the Ayush Shiksha Samiti website. This Ayush Shiksha Samiti Terms and Conditions page provides complete details of the terms and conditions for all our training programmes, services, website use, and donations. Please read it carefully.
1. General Information
Ayush Shiksha Samiti is a registered non-governmental organisation (NGO) which has been continuously working since 2004 by providing training in various skills to youth, women and various sections of the society and connecting them with employment.
The main objective of the organisation is skill development, self-employment, social empowerment and employment.
2.Training Program
The organisation conducts various welfare training programmes for computer training, general duty assistants, phlebotomists, sewing-embroidery, data entry, beauty parlour and beauty therapists, mushroom cultivation, home industry, care of the elderly and solving their problems and for the third gender people.
The duration of training, fees (if applicable), and eligibility and certification processes conducted by the Ayush Shiksha Samiti are determined by the organisation from time to time.
All the trainees participating in the training conducted by the institute are required to follow all the rules of the institute.
3. Certification and Job Placement
On successful completion of all the training, candidates are awarded a recognised certificate.
The organisation’s ability to provide job placements or employment will depend on the opportunities available at the time; any information provided by a trainee for placement must be completely truthful and authentic. The organisation does not guarantee any specific job.
4. Conditions related to donation
The organisation accepts donations/grants for conducting social work and training programmes. The donated amount is used only for social welfare works, necessary facilities for training, and development programmes. All donations are completely voluntary and non-refundable.
Donors who would like a receipt or usage report for their donations receive an online donation receipt immediately upon making the donation. To obtain an offline receipt, contact the organisation on all days except holidays.
5. Data and Privacy
The organisation keeps the personal information provided by all trainees and donors secure. This information is used only for internal organisation functions and reporting. No data is ever shared with any third party without permission.
6. Provisions relating to responsibility
All information and services provided by the organization are done so in good faith and with the public interest in mind. The organization is not responsible for any losses resulting from unforeseen circumstances, technical errors, or external causes.
7. Right to amend
The Ayush Shiksha Samiti reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be made available on the Society’s website and in its office.
8.Disputes and jurisdiction
If any dispute arises regarding these rules made by the organization, then it will come under the jurisdiction of the court of that area (where the headquarters of the organization is located), and all the disputes will also be resolved here.
