An initiative to empower youth and women in the digital age
Today is the digital age. The importance of computers and technology is rapidly increasing in every field—be it government offices, private companies, the banking sector, or the media. At such a time, connecting youth and women with technical education is not just a training program but a concrete step towards making them self-reliant and capable.
With this objective, the Ayush Shiksha Samiti has launched a “Tech Training Course,” which is giving new direction to the lives of youth and women in both rural and urban areas.
Tech Training Course: An Opportunity to Connect with Technology
The Ayush Shiksha Samiti “Tech Training Course” provides computer-based education and digital skills to youth and women.
The objective of this course is not only to teach technology but also to prepare students for employment and self-reliance.
The A.S.S. believes that if every youth is technologically empowered, they will not only progress themselves but also contribute to the development of society and the country.
Knowledge at every level from basic to advanced
Under this program, young men and women are trained in computer basics to advanced technical courses.
The training is entirely practical, ensuring students learn practical work, not just theory.
The main training courses are as follows:
Data Entry: Students are taught how to quickly and accurately enter data into computers. Data entry operators are in high demand in government, banking, and private companies.
Typing:Typing is taught in both Hindi and English. This prepares students for clerical or typing jobs in various offices and institutions.
DCA (Diploma in Computer Application): This course teaches students the basics of computer use, such as MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Internet, and email.
ADCA (Advanced Diploma in Computer Application): This course covers advanced technologies beyond DCA, such as database management, graphic design, Internet applications, and office automation.
PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application): This course is for students who want to learn computers at a professional level. It provides in-depth training in programming, networking, and practical use of computer software.
Training in Media and Creative Technology
The Ayush Shiksha Samiti doesn’t limit technical training to computers alone. The organization has also engaged young people in creative technologies such as audio, video, and photography.
Audio and Video Editing: Students are trained in modern software such as Adobe Premiere, Audacity, and Filmora to edit audio and video content. This allows them to work in areas such as YouTube, short film, and documentary production.
Photography Training and Camera Handling: Trainees are taught various camera functions, lighting setups, shooting angles, and photo composition.
Indoor and Outdoor Shooting: Students are taught how to shoot indoors and what to consider when shooting outdoors. This allows them to work professionally in event coverage, wedding ceremonies, or media projects.
Tally and Accounting Training: New Job Opportunities
The A.S.S. also trains youth in Tally (ERP) software, which is essential for every business entity today. This course provides students with comprehensive knowledge of billing, accounting, GST, inventory management, and financial reporting. After completing the Tally course, students can start working in small shops, companies, or their own accounting service centers.
Certificate after training
Upon completion of the training, each student is awarded a recognized certificate. This certificate is valid in both the government and private sectors and helps students obtain employment opportunities. It is not just a piece of paper, but a symbol of their hard work, ability, and future prospects. Many students have secured jobs in government departments, private companies, schools, and coaching institutes based on this certificate.
Placement Facility
The Ayush Shiksha Samiti objective is not only to provide training but also to provide employment opportunities for students. For this reason, the organization partners with various companies, computer centers, and government projects to place trained youth according to available vacancies.
Special counseling sessions are held for students at the training centers, where they are taught things like interview preparation, resume building, and workplace behavior. Many trained students are now successfully working as data entry operators, office assistants, tally operators, photographers, and video editors.
Digital Empowerment for Women
The Ayush Shiksha Samiti especially encourages this training for women. Many women from rural or middle-class families were previously unconnected with technology, but now they are learning computers and doing online work, data entry, designing, or freelance editing from home.
This has not only empowered them financially but also made them part of the digital age. Many trained women are now running computer training centers in their villages, providing technical education to other girls—a truly beautiful form of empowerment.
The Ayush Shiksha Samiti “Tech Training Course” is not just an educational initiative, but a public awareness campaign to connect society with technology. This initiative provides new employment opportunities for youth, empowers women, and moves the country forward in a digital direction. Courses like computer science, audio-video editing, tally, and photography are preparing youth for the 21st-century job market. And when these efforts are accompanied by certification and placement opportunities, their confidence increases exponentially.
The Ayush Shiksha Samiti is proving that if education is linked to employment, every youth and every woman can write their own life story—through hard work, skill, and technology.
