Ayush Shiksha Samiti is an NGO registered in 2004. Since its inception in 2004, Ayush Shiksha Samiti has been continuously working to train people in skills. The primary objective of Ayush Shiksha Samiti’s establishment has been to train people in various skills and connect them with employment. With the growing population, job opportunities are becoming increasingly difficult for everyone, leading to increased frustration and disappointment among people, especially the young. Those who are capable and want to achieve something in life become demotivated. Influenced by these factors, Ayush Shiksha Samiti was established in 2004. The Ayush Shiksha Samiti’s motivational theme is “One Step Towards Self-Reliance”.

We want to make people self-reliant, Ayush Shiksha Samiti tries to make them economically strong by going to cities and towns as well as rural areas and providing them training as per their convenience. Many people are unable to reach the training site due to their various problems and deficiencies; keeping this in mind, training for various courses is provided to them in their own areas. After the training, they are also provided with recognized certificates. They are also provided support and guidance for various needs for employment. Ayush Shiksha Samiti works by forming self-help groups of women and preparing them according to various government schemes and connecting them with the schemes. In rural areas, it provides training in the cultivation of different types of mushrooms, their conservation, preparing their market, and selling them. In villages and towns, it provides assistance in establishing vegetable production, flower cultivation, bamboo work, decorative items made from straw, and home industries by giving information about them. In this way, it has been the endeavor of Ayush Shiksha Samiti that for those who do not want to leave their village or their area, employment should be available in their own home and area so that they get economic strength.

The Ayush Shiksha Samiti operates a well-equipped and quality educational institution for underprivileged children, where they receive a good education and instil moral values.

People started alone, but more joined forces, forming a caravan. Proving this, the Ayush Shiksha Samiti has been continuously working since its inception in 2004, in various districts and states, to advance its mission of “One Step Toward Self-Reliance”. Our goal is that the milestones we have set continue to pave the way for many future travellers.
